End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Habits Developer ("Developer", "we", "us") for the use of the mobile application "Habits" (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and Apple's App Store Terms.

2. App Description

The App is an offline productivity tool combining Pomodoro timer functionality and habit tracking features. All data is stored locally on your device. The App does not require user accounts or internet connectivity.

3. Data & Privacy

• The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data.
• All user data (habits, timers, preferences) is stored locally on your device.
• We do not have access to your data.

4. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: Used to send timer alerts and reminders.
• Alarms / Background execution: Used for Pomodoro sessions and habit reminders.

These permissions are used solely for core functionality.

5. In-App Purchases

• The App may offer optional paid features via Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Payments are processed by Apple, not by us.
• All purchases are subject to Apple's billing terms.
• Purchases are non-transferable.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, productivity, or profits

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is between you and the Developer, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
